Cancellation policy

Please allow 48 hours notice if your appointment needs to be changed or cancelled. This enables us to comfortably reconfigure the day and give another client the opportunity to take the slot.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% before you are able to rebook. This can be paid over the phone or in the salon.

Cancellations on the day or failure to show up for the appointment, will incur a fee of100% of the appointment cost if you’d like to rebook.
